   The ADCO team was beyond impressive with their work and attention to detail. They always consulted with us a on regular basis to ensure we were happy each step of the way. They were very professional and a true delight to work with. They help work around our schedule when we had a death in the family to allow us the time and space needed.  I would highly recommend this fantastic team.

    Reached out to Bryan and team on recommendation from a friend.  Total renovation of the main living space.  I had a vision in my head of what I wanted and ADCO knocked it out of the park!

   I had the pleasure of hiring ADCO after being recommended by a friend who had a great experience. I was completing gutting a duplex conversion and had the ideas but really couldn’t put it on paper. Jamie and Bryan took my ideas and made them WAY better and still within my budget. ​We hired Adco to renovate our master bathroom and exterior of our home. The team at Adco did an amazing job. Despite the many supply challenges that this year presented, the team always found a way to keep going. All of the trade’s people we met were very skilled in their fields and equally friendly and respectful at all times. Bryan was very good at keeping both the project and me on budget, letting me know upfront anytime I was swaying too far from the goals. We were very grateful for this! Jamie, Roy and Dan always made sure every detail was done right. They even went the extra mile and befriended our very guarded dachshund. They became more than just our contractors, we now consider them our friends. We could not be happier with our results, we have received numerous compliments from everyone that has seen the incredible transformation of our home.       I will start with my first experience with Bryan.  We purchased our first property in London in 1993 when we moved from Toronto to London. After some years we decided to upgrade our original carpeted floor with hardwood. Not knowing or having used a contractor in London, my daughter suggested I try her friend Bryan to do the install.  They completed it seamlessly, professionally and flawlessly. Fast forward to 2020. My daughter and her husband purchased their second house in 2015 which had a granny suite attached separated by a two car garage. Five years later with careful thought and consideration we made the decision to sell our house and invest some of our proceeds in the granny suite. This house was built in 1982 and was quite outdated from top to bottom. It would require a complete face lift so to speak to meet our high standards. LOL. I attempted to get this project started on my own by starting the tear out, pending our closing date. Eventually I came to the conclusion that this old guy needed help to make it happen. We decided to put the project in the hands of Bryan @ ADCO and his team. The project finished on time with barely any stress or anxiety which is rare during this time due to material shortages etc. I would use ADCO again with no hesitation. And I would honestly endorse them as a professional and trustworthy contractor. ​

Let me preface my comments with the fact that I am a fastidious, detail
oriented, A-type individual.
I have used Bryan on a number of occasions and will give you some details
that should provide some insight into the type of work they do:
Firstly, a complete basement project from the concrete up and the
cement walls in. There was an urgency to the project to accommodate Kate’s
mother who had to unexpectedly move in with us. The project included a
bedroom and bathroom for her as well as a bedroom for visiting grandkids, a
television and exercise space for us. Bryan and his crew started when
promised, worked exclusively for a number of months and completed when
expected. They did flooring, some insulation, some framing, sliding door
installation, new window creation and installation, ceramic tile shower,
electric in-floor heating, and stone work around a fireplace complete with oak
mantle and shelving. He used a very competent drywaller. We provided the
painter. Kate and I were and are completely satisfied with the quality of the
work and the timeliness of its completion. The quotes were accurate and any
changes during the work were appropriately documented and disclosed.
Secondly, we used Bryan to complete the flooring and framing in my
basement workshop (that hadn’t been included in the major project above) as
well as paint our main floor bedroom. Again, they were here when promised
and completed everything in a timely fashion to our total satisfaction. The
quotes were accurate and any changes during the work were appropriately
documented and disclosed.
Thirdly, I used Bryan and Jamie to do a number of projects at my
cottage. They spray foamed the sill plate around the basement crawl space,
framed a 2 by 6 wall, filled it with Roxul insulation and installed vapour
barrier. They installed a bathroom exhaust fan. They installed a range hood.
They removed part of a wall separating a bedroom from the bathroom. They
built a ceramic tile shower with glass wall and door. They installed in-floor
electric heating under the ceramic tile floor they installed. They installed small
electric heaters under the kitchen sink and for the shower. They of necessity

removed the drywall ceiling in the entrance hallway and re-installed the
drywall. Again they started when promised and finished in a timely fashion.
The quotes were accurate and any changes during the work were
appropriately documented and disclosed.

I have appreciated my relationship with Bryan, the quality of his work, the
professionalism of his business, and have absolutely no regrets in having used
him on these projects. I heartily recommend him to you.

   ​We had ADCO turn an uninsulated concrete storage space into a modern, efficient kitchen. This
began with them breaking up and carting away the existing concrete floor and digging down
about 18” before laying the new slab. We asked Bryan to do it in two phases, to minimize the
impact on our living space over the winter and to suit our financial ability. In all the various
negotiations around contract, price and timing, Bryan was respectful and considerate of our
needs. He has kept in touch and responded to our inquiries promptly, down to the last detail.

   His crew was a pleasure to have around, in spite of the construction mess. To the last man,
they were careful workers who respected our privacy and space. They routinely cleaned up the
work site at the end of the day, and they were all friendly guys with a great sense of humour.
This was true of the sub-contractors and tradesmen as well. We’re almost sorry to see them go!

   We‘re very comfortable giving ADCO a strong recommendation. Although the job seemed to
take a long time to be finished, thanks to COVID delays and supply chain interruptions, they
showed up when they said they would, Bryan kept in touch and came by regularly, he answered
our questions and honoured the contract to the last word. We are very happy with their
professionalism and with the finished product.

This was our first major renovation and we could never have imagined how invasive (as Bryan warned beforehand) and long it would feel. Thankfully we hired the best crew for the job. Their work was impeccable and we actually enjoyed having them around, which was a huge bonus given how much time they spent in our small space transforming it. Any requests or issues we had were resolved quickly and we absolutely love the end result. Bryan was attentive and in constant communication throughout the job and responded quickly to any inquiries with options and solutions. Their finishing work is gorgeous. All of the tradespeople that ADCO brought in were friendly and efficient and did such a great job. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future.
